The firm was founded by Carol-Wynne Adlam, previously from Engelbrecht Khumalo Van Der Berg Incorporated of Fourways, Johannesburg and who headed their Commercial Department as well as Development Transfer Department for close on ten years. She obtained the degrees B.Proc LL.B at RAU, a diploma in Insolvency Law at the University of Pretoria as well as a LLM in Tax Law at UNISA. She is also an admitted conveyancer and notary and has extensive experience in Commercial Law, drafting of commercial contracts as well as all aspects of Property Law. She has attended to and registered transfers valued in excess of a billion Rand only taking into account commercial property portfolios and developments.
