Leigh Allardyce has extensive experience in individual Labour Law / CCMA and acts for both the individual employees against their employers and for the employer against individual employees, both in internal disciplinary and grievance matters and in the CCMA, Labour Court etc. in both the private and public sector. Leigh’s forte and passion is training and development. Leigh has extensive experience in the development and facilitating of training materials and work shop training courses.
