Arnold Shapiro heads up our , and Estate Law / Death department. He focuses on , and the administration of Estate Law / Death. Arnold lectures for the Law Society of South Africa, Legal Education and Development School for Legal Practice, to law students in preparation for their Law Board entrance examination on , and the administration of Estate Law / Death. He has been appointed as a moderator by the Law Society of South Africa for their , and , board admission examination for the past eight years. Arnold is a member and a past chairman of the disciplinary committee of the Fiduciary Institute of South Africa (FISA) and has passed the board examination of FISA (FPSA). Arnold has co-authored and updated the lecture notes, used nationally at Practical Legal Training (PLT/LEAD) in South Africa for courses on , and the administration of Estate Law / Death. He is a regular guest on radio and television programmes.
