Brian has practiced law as a qualified attorney since 1969. He is in the unique position of having experience in two important disciplines; namely corporate law (mergers, acquisitions, corporate strategies involving implementation of shareholders agreements and articles of association, advising companies on strategy etc.) and dispute resolution (arbitrations and litigation). Brian has arbitrated locally and internationally and been involved in both large and small commercial transactions. Brian acts for listed entities, large private companies, family conglomerates and entrepreneurs. Brian has also been recognised by his peers as having the sort of skills that can assist them personally when involved in hostilities involving their personal or professional lives.
