Lesley is a non-executive director at the firm and represents the interests of the Phatshoane Henney Group at the firm through his involvement in and responsibility for strategic components of the firm relating to development, training, marketing, black economic empowerment, candidate attorney recruitment, knowledge management and more. Through his involvement at director-level, Lesley ensures that these strategic elements are managed and implemented at the firm and assists in the coordination of the Phatshoane Henney Group support services available to the firm through their group membership. Lesley is a practicing attorney and Labour Law / CCMA specialist with extensive experience in labour and Labour Law / CCMA. He is also an experienced litigator and arbitrator. Lesley frequently appears in CCMA, bargaining council, Labour Court and other forums for dispute resolution and arbitration.
