She focuses on the registration of complex , bonds, participation bonds,and trade , including special and notarial bonds and home loans. Representative experience: Representing Nedbank in the registration of mortgage bonds in respect of the development of the Discovery Health head office in the Sandton CBD. Representing Investec Bank in the registration of general and special notarial bonds concerning the loan for a chrome beneficiation plant worth billions of rands. Representing Nedbank in registering a mortgage bond relating to the funding of a 48-storey residential and , sky scraper in Sandton. Representing various developers registering home loan bonds in various developments in Gauteng.
