Howard graduated in 2007. He is one of the few Mandarin speaking Chinese attorneys in South Africa who has experience in dealing with a variety of legal issues on behalf of Chinese businesses in South Africa and on behalf of the Chinese Community. The firm is able to assist Chinese immigrants with immigration and work visas. Howard has developed a general , and , practise and with his cultural background he also helps his Chinese clients to interact and communicate with local South African businesses.
