Jannie Daniels grew up in Jeffreys Bay and graduated from Nico Malan High School in 2004. He then attended the University of Stellenbosch, where he obtained his LL.B degree and LL.M degree (cum laude) in 2009 and 2010 respectively. He has a passion for all areas of law related to business, which is why he focused on Employment and Intellectual Property / Real Estate Law during his LL.M degree. Jannie Daniels completed his articles of clerkship at José Ferreira Attorneys of Stellenbosch and was admitted as an attorney on 1 February 2013. During his time at the firm, he gained valuable experience in Civil Law ,law, contract law,collection, and ,and ,. In October 2013, he resigned and returned to Jeffreys Bay in order to open his own firm. The following year, he established JC Daniels Attorney, which provides services in ,Law and ,and ,.
