For the past 35 years Johan Jacobs has been the lead attorney and conveyancer for approximately 75 cluster and , developments in Sandton, Midrand, Rosebank and Randburg in South Africa. He heads our , real estate department in Johannesburg and focuses on ,industrial and conventional real estate development. Johan has been recommended in Legal 500 as “a seasoned figure in township development and real estate developments in the Sandton area”. Since 2002 his practice has been mainly advising clients on the legal requirements of high density developments in the Northern Suburbs of Johannesburg such as: Sandton Skye, a three tower mixed use hotel/residential development that on completion will consist of a total of 45 storeys housing 600 units. KADO Lifestyle Village, a development in Randburg’s prestigious Boskruin area, earmarked for residents of 55 years and older. Millbrook, an 84 unit , development in Northriding, Randburg. River Glades, Riverview and River Estate a mixed cluster and , development in Lonehill, which is earmarked for completion in 2017 and will, on completion, consist of 160 residential units. Whistling Straits an upmarket , development of 42 units in Eagle Canyon Randburg, which is earmarked for completion mid-2016. Hampton Heights, a further 42 units in Eagle Canyon, launched in August 2016 – completion 2018.
