Johan has a collective experience in the legal field for 35 years. He completed his B. Proc degree in 1984 at the University of Potchefstroom for Higher Christian Education, whereafter he completed his articles. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 1988 and served as a specialised public prosecutor in the Regional Court of Johannesburg.
