Panayiota Yulie Paizes
Yulie completed her LLB at the University of Cape Town in 1999. She was admitted to the School for Legal Practice in 2000 and completed her articles with Luitingh and Associates (Rondebosch) in 2001. She was admitted as an attorney in September 2001. In September 2001, Yulie left Luitingh and Associates to pursue a career in Johannesburg. She then joined the , firm, Amos Khumalo Attorneys, where she preferred to practise in , and general ,. In May 2004, Yulie joined the firm of Levitt D’Arcy Herrman which predominately practises in ,. Yulie obtained her Master’s in Law (specialising in ,) in 2006. Her dissertation, The Position of Unmarried Fathers in South Africa, was subsequently published in August 2009. Yulie has experience in Estate Law / Death, high court and magistrates court ,which includes divorce, parental rights and responsibilities and , of settlement agreements and cohabitation agreements.
