Josua obtained the following qualifications in commerce and law: BCom Hons (UPE), MComm (US), BProc (UNISA), LLB (UNISA) and BDP (US). Josua has been practicing criminal law for the past 12 years and his field of expertise within criminal law is ,and in particular opposed ,in relation to Schedule 5 and Schedule 6 offences, ,s and representations, and the expungement of criminal records.
