Kirstie was admitted as an attorney in 1999 and after practicing at Mostert & Bosman initially in their General , Department, she joined Henry Shields Chiat in 2000. She was promoted to Associate in 2002 and became a Director of DSC in 2004. Kirstie specialises in Insurance and , Law, where she has had extensive experience conducting both High Court , and ,s, and also has experience in , ,. Kirstie currently serves as co-chairperson of the Western Cape arm of the South African Association of , Lawyers (SAAPIL), and in that capacity has been heavily engaged in recent years with the ongoing parliamentary process surrounding proposed amendments to the Road Accident Fund legislation.
