Mr Mthandeni Rodney Xulu was admitted on the 20th April 2009 after having completed his LLB Degree at the University of South Africa on the 1st November 2007. He then served his articles of clerkship at Abbas Latib and Co in Morningside in Durban, he successfuly cogained emmense practical training while serving artilcles. After having successfully completed his articles he then proceded to join the Road Accident Fund where he served 5 years as a claims handler dealing withall the issues relating to the road accident victims. On the 8th July 2015 he was recieved his Certificate interms of section 4(2) of the right of appearance in the courts act 62 of 1995. In 2014 He joined Mabunda Inc as a Senior Attorney, a firm that specailises in Defending the Road Accident Fund in the Litigation matters. In 2015 He joined SS Ntshangase Attorneys where he worked for 7 years doing High Court litigation in Johannesburg and Pretoria. In 2021 He opened his own Law firm practice in Durban under the style of M. Xulu Attorneys. Mr Xulu has a vast experience in both Criminal Law and Civil litigation.
