BA LLB LLM (UCT) I hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Law from the University of Cape Town. In addition I successfully completed a SABS / ISO 14001 certified course at the University of Potchefstroom, as well as environmental auditing and waste management courses.
Managing Attorney
Mark is specialised in environmental as well as occupational health and safety law, and furthermore has a good knowledge of foodstuffs related legislation. He holds a Master of Laws degree in environmental law and was admitted as attorney of the High Court in 1996. Mark is one of the leading environmental, health and safety legal compliance auditors in the country having conducted over 800 audits by 2020. His client base is spread over the whole southern African region and includes large and medium sized companies and corporations, consultants and government authorities. He is also a former contracted legal auditor for the South African Bureau of Standards (SABS) for their ISO 14001 audits. Mark is fluent in English, German and Afrikaans.
