Mumtaz was admitted as an attorney in 2002 . Whilst serving articles and been formally admitted as an attorney she gained experience in the following areas of law : criminal and Civil Law , in the Magistrate’s Court, High Court and in the , Forum, maritial law, Labour Law / CCMA, contractual law,and , and motor vehicle accident claims. Since approximately 2003, she acted on behalf of Road Accident Fund as one of their attorneys on the Road Accident Fund’s panel, gaining sound experience in doing , law. Mumtaz was recently appointed as a Senior Associate at DSC and now acts on behalf of the victims who were involved in motor vehicle collisions, claiming compensation against the Road Accident Fund.
