Established in 1993, our existing relationships and client base were formed over a period of 30 years. During this time we have proven that our ability to manage change provides a competitive advantage in rendering a professional and creative service in the dynamic business environment. Marius van Huyssteen commenced the practice during September 1993 under the name and style of M. van Huyssteen Attorneys, now known as MVB Incorporated. The firm became well-known after Mr van Huyssteen successfully handled several high profile criminal cases, commercial and family law related matters. Our firm was also greatly privileged to have some cases in the Constitutional Court. In 1994, we started our Immigration Department which hosts a well-established range of services including permanent/temporary residence permits and corporate work permits, resulting in our company forming an international network base of clients. This enabled us to also fulfil our clients’ commercial legal needs.
In 2000, we started our Conveyancing and Notarial Departments. Today we can regard ourselves as experts in property development, which includes project management, .and attending to each individual development personally from start to end.
Our client base comprise of a large variety of local and international companies and individuals and we have acted in various foreign countries.
