As a former Senior Examiner (7 years) in both the Johannesburg and Pretoria Deeds Offices, Neels is a specialist in the field of Conveyancers. His knowledge of Property / Real Estate Law has also made him an expert in property related , such as , disputes with municipalities and , issues.
