Over the past 9 years, Reena has worked at a number of firms which exposed her to all different aspects of law. She started off with collections, bail applications – opposed and unopposed, maintenance and protection orders. She then ventured off into Divorce Law litigation which she now specialises in. Reena is also very efficient in proceeding with Ex-parte Divorce Laws by way of substituted service and edictal citation. Labour disputes – Reena has referred many matters to CCMA, Bargaining Councils, etc and has managed to settle most of the matters. She has conducted disciplinary hearings, appeal and review hearings, represented employees at disciplinary hearings and conducted arbitrations. Reena is also experienced in evictions, transfer of properties, administration of Estate Law / Death, drafting of wills, lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, ante-nuptial contracts and employments contracts.
