Robert Botha is a consultant in our Johannesburg , sector. Headed the legal negotiation team in the retrenchment of 14000 employees at Anglo American Platinum Limited, resulting in saving 7000 jobs and no forced retrenchments. Managed and successfully defended a “military style” strike at South Africa’s biggest iron ore mine where 90% of the mine’s heavy vehicle machinery was hijacked. Successfully assisted an International Lawlegal team in an International Law, relating to the protection of interest in , rights in Africa before the ICC. Assisted a multi-disciplinary team from South Africa and Hong Kong focusing on streamlining the , and supply of commodities from South Africa to China.
