Sboniso Bright Mkhize is the Managing Director of SB Mkhize attorneys Inc. Mr Mkhize obtained his LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2009. Mr Mkhize is currently completing his Masters degree (LLM) in Constitutional Litigation with the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Mr Mkhize first served his articles at Legal Aid South Africa, Germiston Justice Centre and later joined Majola & Company Attorneys where he completed his articles. At Legal Aid South Africa, he gained vast experience in Criminal Law, Child Law, in particularly, Divorce Law matters. At Majola & Company Attorneys, Mr Mkhize gained experience in labour & Labour Law / CCMA, administration of Estate Law / Death, civil litigation, wrongful arrests and detention, malicious prosecution and Criminal Law. Mr Mkhize was admitted as an attorney of the High Court on the 14th of August 2017 and has a right of appearance at all the High Courts of South Africa. Mr Mkhize also worked as an associate at Phumulani Ngubane and associates Inc. prior to establishing SB Mkhize Attorneys Inc. At Phumulani Ngubane and associates Inc. Mr Mkhize gained experience in land reform matters, including issues relating labour tenants and related matters. Mr Mkhize further gained experience in personal injury matters, including Road Accident Fund claims, Divorce Law matters, Criminal Law, administration of Estate Law / Death. On 4 January 2018, Mr Mkhize established SB Mkhize attorneys, which was later incorporated as SB Mkhize Attorneys Inc.
