She is experienced in representing clients at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils and Labour Courts. Siobhan focuses on providing clients with practical legal advice in order to ensure that her clients implement HR policies and procedures in an effective manner. Siobhan also has a particular interest in health and safety law and specialises in health and safety legal compliance ,. She has also represented client during fatality enquiries and often assists clients with IOD investigations and reports. Siobhan enjoys interacting with her clients and has developed and run a number of successful specialised health and safety law training programmes.
