Danie is a former Public Prosecutor and Criminal Law Specialist. He was admitted as an attorney in 2011 and has right of appearance in the High Court. He is a well respected and experienced litigant who frequently appears in both the lower and higher Court throughout the province. He also represents learners and students at disciplinary hearings at Schools and Universities.
