Sue Moodley has considerable knowledge in most facets of law due to her years of experience in the Legal fraternity. She has been appointed as an Assessor to the Judge for the past 7 years at various stints. This has allowed her to see things also from the “other side”. Apart from all types of , she has been Opposing Admin Orders for the past 10 years for African Bank as she was the Head of Department at a Firm that had a blanket mandate for the entire of KwaZulu-Natal. Subsequently she has been instructed to Oppose for a firm of Attorneys on matters i.e. Section 86 and Admin Orders as well as Section 74Q ,. Sue was given the opportunity to represent Nedbank, African Bank and Bayport Financial Services.
