Johann Voss obtained his qualification from the University of the Western Cape where he specialised in Tax Law, law, Maritime Law and Banking Law. Johann Completed his articles at W A Barnard and Associates where he was placed in charge of the general practice and litigation department. Johann has developed into an all rounded practitioner who can assist his clients in numerous fields of law which include Property matters, Estate Planning and litigation in various practice fields. Johann has also developed an interest for business ( Corporate & Commercial) related matters and has assisted many SME and start ups in the business start up and compliance process and franchising. Johann has also developed his knowledge in the Business Rescue process which he enjoys and to date has assisted in many business rescue applications and procedures.
