He has over 42 years’ experience in the , sector: In Hong Kong with HSBC and Barclays Bank, and in South Africa with Nedbank and China , Bank. During his 14 years at China , Bank he was head of credit and risk management, deputy general manager, and deputy CEO, with specific portfolios of credit, risk, treasury, compliance and structured trade ,. While at China , Bank he was a non-executive director at Everstar Industries (Pty) Ltd and Rand Asia Trade , (Pty) Ltd. Windsor is deputy chairperson of the Technical Working Group of the Premier’s Advisory Council of the Limpopo ,on Enterprise Development for Job Creation and Economic Growth. He is also a Registered Key Individual (KI) and Representative for China , Bank Johannesburg branch as approved by the Financial Service Board. Representative experience: Financing arrangement for China Non Ferro Metal for Chambishi and Luyansha copper , and refinery ,s in Zambia.
